Recent first time customer speaking here. Paolo was professional, friendly, detailed, and thorough! After I explained my usual haircut, he even provided small recommendations based on my head shape and also asked if there was anything I didn't like / wanted to change midway through the cut. Was in the chair slightly longer than expected but again, it's because Paolo was being detail-oriented for a first time customer who also made small requests during the cut. Love this place, been coming here for years, they always welcome you with a smile, and are great at helping me figure out what to do with my hair since I'm basically useless. Currently, Dot has been my go-to! She's fantastic, kind, and really attentive to what I say I like and don't like with each cut. I've loved every cut she gave me and would highly recommend her. Note that she generally works at the other (LIC) location, but does have some hours here as well.

I was looking for a new barber in Town and I walked in this place, I had a good experience, my barber Jjoel was great, I was looking for a new style and he gave me good tips and helped me to try something different and I am very satisfied with my hair cut , highly recommended.
