“The reviews are correct - this is a great no frills affordable local spot. New to the area and after travelling a while I was desperate for a proper shampoo & cut. Stylist was attentive and very sweet. Added bonus for me - the store is filled with rodeo merch and fantastic boots. Not sure about walk-ins but I called and she was able to fit me in later that same day. Recommend and will visit again!Service: Haircut“

“The owner of this establishment does a meticulous job with threading and waxing. I’ve been going here for years. That said, should you get a wax by her apprentice, please make sure the owner is there. I will not be going back when her employee is on staff. A nice girl, but during a wax, she broke skin (photo attached to review), I got burnt, and I also had to help hold skin to keep from further traumatizing the area. She also used a filthy washcloth to wipe down a sensitive area after the wax which was pretty mortifying. I gave this place 4 stars because this is the first bad experience I’ve had in the many years of going. Be sure to get any delicate services done by the owner. I’m laying on my couch with ice on my bits instead of going to the pool as I’d hoped.“

“The stylists here are seasoned pros and have operated here for 24 years! The stylist has been doing hair for 40+ years and was very skillful. She knew exactly what I was going for and was also very efficient (other places would stab my head with 30 hairpins) and got the look completed with minimal pinning. The products used were nice as well. She was also careful not to mess up my makeup which I had just got done before the appointment. She can do wedding hair and updos as well. Studio was clean and open. Overall great experience.“
