Raul is an amazing therapist and a great human being. I’ve been his client for about 7 years and during all these years Raul has kept my body in the best possible condition. I’ve completed an Ironman 70.3, the NYC Marathon, over 7-8 half marathons, (NYC, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Miami, etc) and way too many 5ks/10ks. Raul has been with me every step of the way. I love the location, super clean, great music and perfect temperature. Raul is very flexible and accomodating with all his clients. I would recommend him 200%.

I am so lucky to have found Raul! I came to him when I was in the middle of training for a marathon and he made such a big difference in my recovery! Not only did he provide a very relaxing and therapeutic massage but more importantly he taught me the proper way to stretch all the muscles involved in running I didn’t even know existed. He is so kind, patient and really caters to what you are looking for. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I had a wonderful experience today. Raul was extremely helpful in relieving my muscle soreness. You took your time, you were gentle yet super firm in the correct pressure points. He took focus on my sore points, neck and lower back. He also showed me exercises for my lower back and neck. I highly recommend this service!!I will surely be going back!
