Carlos was very friendly, helpful and meticulous. We had a rat nest in our front garden. He used CO to exterminate the nest, identified all the entry and exit holes and provided advice for mitigating future infestations. We highly recommend Carlos from MMPC!
Samuel was kind, calm, professional, highly knowledgeable, deeply cared and really listened. He was polite, has a good nature and is real. I am so appreciative of MMPC. The staff that I spoke with prior to the visit were lovely and honest as well. They got me an appointment in less than 48 hours, answered all of my questions. I know that when I need hep again, I'll reach out to MMPC.
Ami and Morgan helped me for an online pest Identification service. As unfortunate as the situation is for me currently. The company clearly has a fantastic customer service with exceedingly efficient replies and information to the best of their ability. I’m located in florida and they helped me as if they were in my home.. 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone with pest control issues.
