It was a late Saturday afternoon when I reached out for help and John immediately returned my request! He asked me further questions and requested more pictures to be sure of identification. So thankful for their help they were able to help me identify the bug that I thought was poisonous. Thankfully, it was not, but they gave me information on how to handle this type of bug. The response was within minutes.
