After a bed bug experience in Paris, I’m a little paranoid now. I sent a picture in of an insect I thought might be a bed bug and received a quick response (even over the weekend) that it was not one. Phew! I am incredibly grateful that they were willing to set my mind at ease even though the answer they had would not bring them any business directly. Amazing customer service.
