I really appreciated Luis’s customer service and transparency! He got to my house quickly and did a thorough inspection, turns out I didn’t have an infestation but he was super nice and gave me a lot of important information about bed bugs and preventative things I can do, he definitely knows his stuff and I know people who’ve used his services and swore by him. 10/10 would go to him again, hopefully never need to

This was an amazing service , from the very first phone call to the touch up visit. Seriously the fastest response I've ever had for any service , kind and really sweet. I appreciate how fast and honest he was . Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or try to overcharge me . He did his job and was very clear about everything he did . The second visit was a precaution to do a touch up so he knew his job was 100 % done. I didn't see anything from the fist visit but this last visit it basically for peace of mind and to make sure it's all good and clear . I would highly recommend Ace.
