I have been using their services for over 3years now and I’m still amazed by their customer service and work. They have installed walking fridge and freezer for my bakery as well as maintenance/repair on A/C unit and compressor ( fridge, blast freezer ) you name it. Always an outstanding service
100% recommend working with City Cool, for their work ethic, prompt communication, and fair pricing. The only contractor during my condo renovation who delivered on time, which is so rare to come by. They also came by again to help troubleshoot the fan power as it was too strong. Their pricing was fair when compared to other PTAC providers. Love working with them!
Outstanding! From the moment they inspected my unit, their advice and installation, it has only been 5 stars. Very responsive and professional. They installed a new unit and 5 x wireless thermostats. I highly recommend these guys!
