Just had an emergency gas leak detection service with them on a Sunday and couldn’t recommend this company more. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great customer support, and most importantly a very prompt response. They had someone to my location within 2hrs. The experience has been impeccable. Professional from the start. John, Kimona, are fantastic and the crew are experienced plumbers. We had them replace our boiler and hot water tank. Very satisfied with the services.
Sideris works in 6 NYC apartment buildings I manage. The team is amazing! On a recent job they located a 24 hour supply house, went to Brooklyn at 2 AM and worked to completion at 4 AM!
