Been getting ny haircut by Bailie for about 7 years now and wouldn't want anyone else to cut my hair. Its perfect everytime and makes me feel so confident when I look in the mirror. I found Kitty by googling “best extension artist in Missoula” and I am so glad that I did. I’ve had all different types of hair extensions before but this was my first time having beaded wefts. And as a former hair stylist I can assure you that these are the most comfortable extensions I have ever had. They instantly felt like a part of my hair. No part of it is uncomfortable or pulling. It goes to show you how experienced Kitty is in what she does. She poured her heart in to my hair and I felt like a princess when I was done. I will never go anywhere else!
I wish I could give 10 stars, because Marla is the best hair stylist for miles around! I actually travel from Manhattan, NY to see Marla because her work is incredible and I truly enjoy her as a person. It took me MONTHS to find a truly organic salon and since Marla is the only Oway certified stylist in Montana, it's a no-brainer to do business with someone making a difference. Marla is the only stylist I've ever met who will genuinely cut about a centimeter of hair or less when you tell her you want a trim. She listens to her customers, she's magical at whipping up the perfect color of your preference, and she gives the most delightful head massages when she washes your hair. I was almost reluctant to leave this review because as more people hear about Marla, they will never want to visit another salon besides hers! Thank you for your incredible customer service and polite demeanor, Marla! You're a joy to be around!

Went in to get a rejecting navel peircing removed. They got us in the same day, took maybe 10 minutes including aftercare and the very reasonable payment. Very happy with the experience, despite the circumstances.
Hellgate Plumbing and Heating did a fantastic job. Henry was early, courteous and hardworking. I had my water heater emergency remedied in less than 4 hours from the time of inspection. This is my second water heater I have had from Hellgate Plumbing. The last one lasted 18 years without ever having an issue. I will use them again for any future plumbing projects. In one day they removed damaged and unnecessary galvanized and PVC piping, an inefficient Well Mate, an out of code can trap, installed a new P trap and a new waste and overflow in our tub and they also installed a water softener. Multiple projects I have wanted to get completed are now done thanks to Hellgate Plumbing and Heating.
Conrad did an excellent job of performing the service maintenance on both the furnace and AC units. He informed me of a rust spot that was also identified last year and suggested that I check it periodically for any changes. We discussed using the CO monitors for precautions with the furnace and fireplace. Overall, Conrad is quite knowledgeable and performed his task with patience and diligence. AAA+

At first I was very impressed with Dave and his knowledge of our drain problem. The fact that he took the camera down through our sewer system and identified the problem was very appreciative and he did explain the findings. However, I did have to call and remind him to get us the video that he had taken. Dave is also able to do the excavating of jobs, but He was very hesitant with performing that particular part of our job and I understand that. However, a phone call to us stating that he didn't feel comfortable doing it instead of just leaving us hanging for several weeks was very frustrating, we were expecting that he was going to do the job. We could have gotten a hold of the proper people to take care of what we needed in a timely fashion. Luckily we found an excavating company that is going to be able to take care of our issues. Thankfully they weren't completely booked like most businesses are booked up for the season already. Please contact people and let them know that you are not going to do the job so they can move forward finding somebody that can do it.
I will say the service that Dave did provide for us was very professional and he did leave a very clean area after he was done working.

I called Talco to solve a wiring problem in a condo I had recently purchased, and they came promptly and finally isolated and fixed the strange wiring that could have become a much bigger problem. Naturally I called them again the add a new line so I could have the range I wanted in my kitchen. Again, the builders didn’t make it easy, but Talco worked it out and helped give me what I wanted. They are officially my go-to company for all things electrical!

He keeps us motivated and even if were not doing what were supposed to, composes the team and gets us back on track compared to some of the other project managers that want to micromanage you and ruin your day if their not having a good day or want to show a women can lead. No reason to be a B****...Main reason I left. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Field Tech's are top notch. Shop staff is great. I think the office staff should listen to the shop staff to make the relationship fluid. What makes sense for you doesn't make sense to normal people. My wish is less employee turn over at the entry level. Shop foreman Ben and my boss Max were great!

Trying to get a trailer frame sandblasted. It's going to take some time subject to the weather. PCS must be busy, because I called them twice and nobody returned my calls. Had to just stop by with the trailer in tow.
We'll see how they do now that they have the trailer on their property.
We ended up paying another contractor $7500 to fix his subcontractors mess. He was supposed to take care of the bill (because we had already paid him in full) and stopped answering the phone and emails. We were left holding the bag to pay the new vendor that fixed it or he would lien us, and were out all that money. These guys saved our butts when we suspected we had a bed bug infestation at our new rental 5 days before we were supposed to go on vacation. They told us it normally takes a week or more to schedule and prep the house for treatment so I was concerned we would have to cancel our trip. They busted their butts to get scheduled and have all the forms signed so that we were able to get the house treated within 3 days and be cleared for travel! They were incredibly responsive and helpful with information. I never once got sent to voicemail when I called to ask questions. Our technician arrived right on time and did a thorough walk through of the house making sure we didn’t miss anything that would be ruined by the treatment. He found a few things we missed and would have been devastated to lose! He was communicative throughout the day about how things were going and he covered our belongings that had to be outside with a tarp. These guys know what they’re doing and they really care about their clients! Thank RMBB for going above and beyond for us.

Sprinkler Maniac performed an install on our one-acre property with lots of established landscaping and raised garden beds. They did an amazing job of irrigation design to ensure that everything gets exactly what is needed. I never thought I could be so excited to have a raised spigot right at the vegetable garden.
The things they did right and better than expected:
* They listened when they did the estimate - not just in terms of the very professional estimate itself, but they communicated that info to the team who showed up for the install. I didn't have to start all over with explanations
* Great pricing
* Install in one day! They brought plenty of hands to do the work
* Highly trained personnel. Everyone knew their job and what to do next. No interruptions getting instructions.
* Highly efficient and personable staff. Everyone was friendly and got the job done, but they also did all the extras I never expected. All those hidden rocks discovered under the yard were stacked in neat, out-of-the way piles. All my gardening stuff that turned out to be in the way, was moved and replaced neatly.
* High tech for those who like to control everything via phone - WiFi chip installed, also at a reasonable price.
* Despite having to tear up the yard to install the system, they took the time to tamp and rake and shovel. It's been about 10 days since the install and many of the trenched areas are practically invisible. I'm confident the rest will fill in before the season is over.
* Service afterwards - They explained exactly what to do for end of season stuff and have a slick on-line system for having them perform the service. No hard sell at all!
You won't go wrong with Sprinkler Maniac. My only regret is the hours I wasted with other companies getting estimates.

Dr. Krieg has helped both me and my husband so much. He started at the beginning, with evaluations and X-rays to really get to the root of our issues and our pain. We’ve seen other chiropractors in the past and have often had the temporary relief a random quick adjustment can bring, but Dr. Krieg’s emphasis on improving posture and strength has made a long lasting difference. The staff at Krieg Chiropractic is wonderful, friendly and helpful. We heartily recommend this practice.

I had an MRI a couple of years ago which indicated I needed to have rotator cuff repair surgery done. I hesitated and wanted to try other treatments first. I came to Dr. Chapman and with some treatment over the summer, my shoulder was completely healed and I have not had any more pain, nor do I need the surgery! I was so grateful to Pro-Adjuster!!
I was visiting Missoula and woke up with a very painful pinched nerve in my neck. Dr. Anthony carefully straightened things out and loosened things up. By the next day the pinched nerve was gone. I liked his demeanor and advice. I also appreciated that he didn't insist on a return visit but his receptionist did reassure me by letting me know his availability for the week . Great experience!!

The best experience with a chiro I have ever had.A few years back I had a spinal cord issue and was seeing another practitioner. I awoke one morning with foot drop, which is an indicator of a major spinal cord problem or occlusion, and went in to see my current chiro. That person gave me an adjustment, and told me to come back in a week. I was then sharing my condition with a friend in a physical therapy program who disagreed, and adamantly recommended I go get a second opinion from his chrio, Dr. Van Eerden. Despite never having been a patient before and a full schedule, he got me in within the hour, immediately recognized the problem, and personally arranged for the emergency department to see me. Because of Ivan and his direct work, I walked in the ED, bypassed the lengthy wait, was immediately taken back for an MRI, and scheduled for emergency surgery the following morning.The attending surgeons told me that if I had waited even another 48 hours, I would have never had use of my foot again. I only went in to the ED at Ivan's insistence. Had he not accommodated a last-minute appointment, been knowledgeable in his care, and coordinated with the ED, I would have waited longer than those 48 hours and lost the use of my foot.Now, several years later I still visit Dr. Van Eerden for chronic everyday neck issues due to working at a computer and living an active lifestyle. He does amazing work.I cannot recommend him enough.

Moved back to Missoula in August and needed a new vet for our doggos. Very nice new facility and efficient intake process. The veterinarian was very friendly and great with our spazzy Siberian Husky. It's a great time to establish care there now too because we were able to get 50% off the initial exam for new clients.

The kindness and compassion Dr Clark showed my goose when we had to put her down was unbelievable. Most people do not consider geese to be family pets but ours was. She was attacked unfortunately and her injuries were extreme. Dr. Clark was so sweet and gentle to an animal most people find aggressive and use strictly for livestock purposes. We highly recommend Clark Veterinary Services.

After our Australian Shepherd Kimo was diagnosed with lymphoma they agreed to take on his treatment and were able to give us some extra quality time with our buddy. I have never been to a more well rounded dog grooming establishment in my life. This business is head over tails above other groomers I’ve been too. The time that they took with my 225 lb mastiff was almost four hours as they had said when I dropped him off. And I couldn’t be more pleased with the time they took. He looks great! The price for him was a lot cheaper than other groomers. And I was happy to pay the service charge for my credit card also. They are a small family run business. I met both the owners when I was there. They were both wonderful and very welcoming. A final shout out to the three groomers that helped with my big baby. Sherika has a structured and trauma informed flow to her classes that has been incredibly healing mentally/physically/spiritually. It's largely thanks to her consent based practice that I have made such progress in my healing outside of the studio. I am also transgender in the midst of medical transition and have felt very welcome and safe.
I would highly recommend Purusa for anybody with any level of experience - Sherika is able to make complete beginners feel successful while also challenging those with more advanced practice in the same class which is a tricky balance. I started as a complete aerial beginner (mat yoga for ten+ years prior) and have since elevated my practice to include calisthenics, dance, etc. thanks to the strengths that I've built at the studio.
