I attended Rylee's Embodied Movement classes in the summer of 2024, and had a spectacular time! I found them a sensitive, calm, grounded facilitator who brought both humor and gentle, serious focus to the task of creating a space in which it was easier for me to be in relationship with my own body. If they held the class again, I would absolutely attend it!

I wish I could give 10 stars, because Marla is the best hair stylist for miles around! I actually travel from Manhattan, NY to see Marla because her work is incredible and I truly enjoy her as a person. It took me MONTHS to find a truly organic salon and since Marla is the only Oway certified stylist in Montana, it's a no-brainer to do business with someone making a difference. Marla is the only stylist I've ever met who will genuinely cut about a centimeter of hair or less when you tell her you want a trim. She listens to her customers, she's magical at whipping up the perfect color of your preference, and she gives the most delightful head massages when she washes your hair. I was almost reluctant to leave this review because as more people hear about Marla, they will never want to visit another salon besides hers! Kitty is magic! I, on a whim, reached out to her about extensions during my hair growth journey. My hair was short, shorter than it should be for extensions, but she sat me down and said we can do this and make it look amazing. She delivered, it was amazing, it took the frustration out of growing out a short hair cut. So I went to Pula’s Barber to get a haircut but, she was fully booked and was kind enough to recommend me to go to the Headquarters. They actually took me as walk in and got an amazing much needed haircut by the talented and very handsome Hunter. As a jaded New Yorker I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!

I have been searching for a good hairstylist for the longest time and I was referred to Wynona a few years ago. I consider myself adventurous with hairstyles. I like getting different hairstyles, short, medium or long. Wynona nailed every hairstyle request. She is very good and knows how to listen to clients but also politely suggests what she thinks is good or not good for your hair. What sets her apart from other hairdressers I met is her warmth. I always feel I am in good hands with her. She is compassionate and understood my concerns. Fast forward to today, I had an event to go to and I needed someone to do my hair and make up. I asked Wynona if she can do my make up and she agreed. I would say that was the best makeup I've had in my entire life. It lasted all night without retouch. It was dewy with a healthy glow but natural-just how I wanted it. She also did my hair and I was so happy with how it turned it because she really brought my vision to life. I highly recommend Bon Chic Salon. They are reasonably priced. They keep everything well-organized and clean at the salon.

Jeff Ducklowe is an amazing massage therapist! You get top treatment when you go to him! I tore a muscle in my back and I had trouble even walking! When I needed a new water heater I got a couple of quotes that blew my mind from some other folks in town. I decided to take a rec of a friend from work and boy I’m glad I did. At first I was very impressed with Dave and his knowledge of our drain problem. The fact that he took the camera down through our sewer system and identified the problem was very appreciative and he did explain the findings. However, I did have to call and remind him to get us the video that he had taken. Dave is also able to do the excavating of jobs, but He was very hesitant with performing that particular part of our job and I understand that. However, a phone call to us stating that he didn't feel comfortable doing it instead of just leaving us hanging for several weeks was very frustrating, we were expecting that he was going to do the job. We could have gotten a hold of the proper people to take care of what we needed in a timely fashion. Luckily we found an excavating company that is going to be able to take care of our issues. Thankfully they weren't completely booked like most businesses are booked up for the season already. Please contact people and let them know that you are not going to do the job so they can move forward finding somebody that can do it.
I will say the service that Dave did provide for us was very professional and he did leave a very clean area after he was done working.

We purchased a 1910 duplex in January and quickly realized the electrical system needed a complete overhaul. Taking on a project of that size in a house this old can be intimidating, but Holland Electric made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I called Talco to solve a wiring problem in a condo I had recently purchased, and they came promptly and finally isolated and fixed the strange wiring that could have become a much bigger problem. Naturally I called them again the add a new line so I could have the range I wanted in my kitchen. Again, the builders didn’t make it easy, but Talco worked it out and helped give me what I wanted. They are officially my go-to company for all things electrical!

I worked here for a short time. Owner Kelly is top notch and friendly even to the new guy that just started. Dominic should be #2. Guys respond to him well. He keeps us motivated and even if were not doing what were supposed to, composes the team and gets us back on track compared to some of the other project managers that want to micromanage you and ruin your day if their not having a good day or want to show a women can lead. No reason to be a B****...Main reason I left. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Field Tech's are top notch. Shop staff is great. I think the office staff should listen to the shop staff to make the relationship fluid. What makes sense for you doesn't make sense to normal people. My wish is less employee turn over at the entry level. Shop foreman Ben and my boss Max were great!
I contacted Pete's Electric to ask about the details and cost to install a backup power supply in case we experience another power outage like last summer. My main priority was to run my well pump, freezer, refrigerator, furnace fan, hot water tank pilot light igniter, and some lights. Brennan, Pete's electrical engineer, came right out and checked out my situation and power status. He recommended a GeneraLink switch device that could be easily plugged in under my power meter (see photo). He explained this new device replaces the previous need to install an extensive and much more expensive separate wired circuit. A generator can easily be plugged into this device and the device will block the grid power and only power the house circuits. He told me the size of the generator determines how much I can power but a 30 amp 5300 watt dual fuel generator will serve my needs as I explained them (I then bought a dual fuel Westinghouse 5300 watt/30 amp at Home Depot for $492). Petes showed up right as scheduled and the whole process to install the GeneraLink was completed in less than an hour. Brennan was extremely professional, responsive, and concerned about answering all my questions. He even patiently showed me how to connect a generator and run a test of the circuits I wanted on with the generator. He help me strategize how to keep the total costs under budget. After the install, I continued to email with him with more quesitons which he also promptly answered. I was extremely impressed with the service from Pete's including their front office. Nicky was very helpful too. Total cost for the entire project including county permit, GeneraLink, and generator was around $2300, much less than I had expected. Bottom line: I highly recommend Pete's Electric.
I just called John's looking for a part. The person that answered was incredibly helpful and sent me a link to what I needed. I offered to have them come up and install it so that he could get some money for helping and he said that he would but really it would be cheaper for me to just install it myself. He didn't make a penny off of it but earned a new future customer.

Helped a friend clean her rental property after her tenants left it TRASHED. We managed to get everything else back in order, but the carpets were beyond us. We had a previous floor installed from a different company that was a nightmare and we had to bring Mark and his company in to redo the floors. Mark was the best and made this headache so much easier on us and for a great price. We were not inconvenienced and it took little time. He and his team were amazing. There was no mess and very little downtime. He also understood what we were going through and did his best to make it an easy transition. They were so professional and Mark really knows his craft. He was patient as I had to choose colors and finish etc and he went above and beyond to help me choose. He was trusting and we had an old fashioned way of doing business with great customer service. It seems there are many out to make more money than deserved these days as “money” moves into Montana and Mark was NOT of this frame of mind. I was completely happy. We would gladly hire them again. This makes aligning visions for what will work challenging - but not with Nick. I can tell he has a knack for what materials can do, how to use them, and what I wanted to achieve. At each level, he knew what makes a space more than livable, which is to say, enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who manages time, talent, and communication well. Nick can do that. I wish I had space for another deck. I would hire Nick Kamp Construction to make the best of it.
We are at the tail end of our yurt construction and are extremely impressed with the yurt as well as Shelter Designs as a company. The yurt is very carefully crafted and the kit was meticulously put together. Everyone that was a part of the build and all of our friends and family have remarked at the craftsmanship and love that went into the yurt. Shelter Designs has been extremely patient and helpful with all of my many questions and requests for clarification. Really can't recommend them enough. In an age where customer service generally ends at receipt of payment, they saw me through the entire process. This has been a really amazing experience! Much appreciated!!!
My remodel project was turned down by two different general contracting firms because of the difficulty that it posed. I called Scariano and the first gentleman that came to our house had no qualms at all about the project. Yes, it was complicated, but the attitude of “can-do” was overwhelming every single day that they were at our house. Not only are they “can-do”, but they are extremely courteous, quiet, and cleaned up every single day. It is a no-brainer having them do your project. Our project manager, Luke, was available to call anytime we needed him. Just cannot say an enough good things about Scariano and his crew. I wish there were more than five stars. I guess it’s a 5+

Shield Pest Defense is located in Missoula and my carpenter ant infested house is in Bigfork. My desperate phone conversation with one of the owners was at about 5PM and we discussed the travel compensation which was reasonable and the fixed rate for our 1600 SF house was also reasonable. What convinced me to hire them was their agreement to be at my house at 10AM the following morning! Steve, one of the owners, went right to work after I showed them where the ants were mostly congregated. He determined using heat sensing equipment that there was no nest in the walls or ceiling! He then found the source and house entry point which was behind a pile of construction wood I was saving and had stacked against the foundation! Steve sprayed the foundation all around the house and inside too. The next day as I was warned, some very slow moving ants needed vacuuming. 2 days later I found no ants! I was very happy with their work, the price, and their professionalism!

These guys saved our butts when we suspected we had a bed bug infestation at our new rental 5 days before we were supposed to go on vacation. They told us it normally takes a week or more to schedule and prep the house for treatment so I was concerned we would have to cancel our trip. They busted their butts to get scheduled and have all the forms signed so that we were able to get the house treated within 3 days and be cleared for travel! They were incredibly responsive and helpful with information. I never once got sent to voicemail when I called to ask questions. Our technician arrived right on time and did a thorough walk through of the house making sure we didn’t miss anything that would be ruined by the treatment. He found a few things we missed and would have been devastated to lose! He was communicative throughout the day about how things were going and he covered our belongings that had to be outside with a tarp. These guys know what they’re doing and they really care about their clients! Thank RMBB for going above and beyond for us.

Tim from Shrubs plus is awesome, he pulled the juniper bushes out that were an absolute eyesore in front of O'Reilly Auto Parts on Brook St and it looks amazing. Rob and his team were quick and did an outstanding job on removal of two large cottonwood trees and the stumps. The trees were challenging as they had power lines around them. Rob handled everything with the power company and when the job was done the site was left clean. It was a fair price for the work involved and I would highly recommend in Missoula.

From my mom, who you did the work for: Your crew is outstanding in cutting down our two 70-80' blue spruce trees with your crane that extends to 124 ft. To watch them climb into the top of the trees and saw the top 15 ft, segment, and then repeat it 3-4 times on each tree was impressive. With your equipment and crew, the main job was completed within 8 hours..

I went to Dr. Clint after developing nerve pain in my hamstring while training for my first Hyrox. I had been receiving regular chiropractic adjustments for years, but they weren’t resolving the nerve pain, and I was looking for a more comprehensive approach.
Dr. Clint blew me away with one of the most thorough and thoughtful consultations I’ve ever experienced. He took the time to truly understand my body, my symptoms, and my training demands, and he explained his approach clearly every step of the way. I always felt informed, involved, and confident in the plan.
Each session has been highly individualized and often combines multiple therapies based on how my body is responding that day. Treatment has included chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, trigger point work, NUEBIE and so many more.... all used intentionally and not just as a checklist. Dr. Clint consistently checks in, explains what he’s seeing, and adjusts the approach in real time based on feedback and results.
I have not seen this level of personalization or range of effective treatment options anywhere else.

The best experience with a chiro I have ever had.A few years back I had a spinal cord issue and was seeing another practitioner. I awoke one morning with foot drop, which is an indicator of a major spinal cord problem or occlusion, and went in to see my current chiro. That person gave me an adjustment, and told me to come back in a week. I was then sharing my condition with a friend in a physical therapy program who disagreed, and adamantly recommended I go get a second opinion from his chrio, Dr. Van Eerden. Despite never having been a patient before and a full schedule, he got me in within the hour, immediately recognized the problem, and personally arranged for the emergency department to see me. Because of Ivan and his direct work, I walked in the ED, bypassed the lengthy wait, was immediately taken back for an MRI, and scheduled for emergency surgery the following morning.The attending surgeons told me that if I had waited even another 48 hours, I would have never had use of my foot again. I only went in to the ED at Ivan's insistence. Had he not accommodated a last-minute appointment, been knowledgeable in his care, and coordinated with the ED, I would have waited longer than those 48 hours and lost the use of my foot.Now, several years later I still visit Dr. Van Eerden for chronic everyday neck issues due to working at a computer and living an active lifestyle. He does amazing work.I cannot recommend him enough.

Moved back to Missoula in August and needed a new vet for our doggos. Very nice new facility and efficient intake process. The veterinarian was very friendly and great with our spazzy Siberian Husky. It's a great time to establish care there now too because we were able to get 50% off the initial exam for new clients.

The kindness and compassion Dr Clark showed my goose when we had to put her down was unbelievable. Most people do not consider geese to be family pets but ours was. She was attacked unfortunately and her injuries were extreme. Dr. Clark was so sweet and gentle to an animal most people find aggressive and use strictly for livestock purposes. We highly recommend Clark Veterinary Services.

I have never been to a more well rounded dog grooming establishment in my life. This business is head over tails above other groomers I’ve been too. The time that they took with my 225 lb mastiff was almost four hours as they had said when I dropped him off. And I couldn’t be more pleased with the time they took. He looks great! The price for him was a lot cheaper than other groomers. And I was happy to pay the service charge for my credit card also. They are a small family run business. I met both the owners when I was there. They were both wonderful and very welcoming. A final shout out to the three groomers that helped with my big baby. Sherika has a structured and trauma informed flow to her classes that has been incredibly healing mentally/physically/spiritually. It's largely thanks to her consent based practice that I have made such progress in my healing outside of the studio. I am also transgender in the midst of medical transition and have felt very welcome and safe.
I would highly recommend Purusa for anybody with any level of experience - Sherika is able to make complete beginners feel successful while also challenging those with more advanced practice in the same class which is a tricky balance. I started as a complete aerial beginner (mat yoga for ten+ years prior) and have since elevated my practice to include calisthenics, dance, etc. thanks to the strengths that I've built at the studio.
