Update: 2024-3-25 (keeping my old one below for context)It turned out that Whirlpool AIG Warranty center kept booking service repairs under non-available hours. They did this also for another local company which ultimately caused both that company, All Brands Appliance and myself lots of frustration.When Matt came out to my house he found the issue with the freezer after less than 5 minutes. Polite, professional and transparent about the process and recommendations for the future.I've updated my rating from 3 star to 5 star as the previous frustration was due to AIG Warranty Center and no fault of All Brands.===========Failure to call and notify when they cancelled service...read full review

I have been using Allbrands exclusively for over 20 years for appliance service and repair in my vacation cabin rentals. I wouldn't consider anyone else! Timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Matt came to repair my washer which is under warranty. I also needed a non-covered repair. He was very helpful in getting that part ordered. He will be coming back soon to repair the issue under warranty and install the non-covered part. He was very helpful and nice to work with.
