Last year installed a new a/c unit it worked wonderfully all last summer. Recently with heat we had coils freeze on us. Josh arrived 1 hour after our call. He re routed some duct work and it now works flawlessly! Josh was very polite and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend Josh and Gavlak!
To top it off there was no charge. Apparently part of warranty.
We have been using Gavlak Plumbing and Heating for all of our plumbing needs for over 5 years now. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have installed water heaters, dishwashers, faucets, and annual maintenance. I highly recommend them.
We continue to call on Gavlak for our plumbing & heater needs, customer service is excellent and the team is always professional. Our service this month when our well tank went down, they were prompt and found the solution right away--thankfully it was an 'easy' fix! Ray and Alex communicated with us and went out of their way to address our concerns. They even fixed a spicket that had broken years ago so we didn't have to schedule another time for them to come back. We have trust in Gavlak and that's hard to come by these days!
