He was supposed to take care of the bill (because we had already paid him in full) and stopped answering the phone and emails. Thanks to their expertise, we now have 20 dormitory-style bedrooms to safely house young mothers and their children, along with expanded space for our mental health center and childcare programs.

From day one, their team was a joy to work with. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in our mission. “Trying to get a trailer frame sandblasted. It's going to take some time subject to the weather. PCS must be busy, because I called them twice and nobody returned my calls. Had to just stop by with the trailer in tow.

We'll see how they do now that they have the trailer on their property.“

“My wife found this location and we decided to check them out. We are so glad that we did. We met with Mr. Travis Snook and discussed what we liked (or more to the truth what my wife liked). Not only was Mr. Snook easy to work with, gave great advice, and was even impressed that my wife had already picked out the items that she wanted for the home. This is my first manufactured home and I am impressed. Quartz counter tops, nice lighting, and even the paints chosen look amazing.

Some things to remember: 1) make sure you have a place to put your new home, 2) if the home is not going to be on a solid foundation, you will need to pay for skirting to the home, and 3) confirm the property can handle the size of your new place.

These are the only issues we had to find. Other than those, Mr. Snook and team did an excellent job for us and we could not be happier. And the staff sent to setup the house, TOP NOTCH!!!! Now, would I recommend Great Homes in Helena Montana to anyone wanting a new place??? Can you say HEART BEAT???? Amazing people and lovely attitudes. Come and check them out!!“

“I recommend Nick, Corey, and Nick's crew to anyone. I live in a tight space with a mountain view, and we wanted a deck that would work in both scenarios. This makes aligning visions for what will work challenging - but not with Nick. I can tell he has a knack for what materials can do, how to use them, and what I wanted to achieve. At each level, he knew what makes a space more than livable, which is to say, enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who manages time, talent, and communication well. Nick can do that. I wish I had space for another deck. I would hire Nick Kamp Construction to make the best of it.“

“My remodel project was turned down by two different general contracting firms because of the difficulty that it posed. I called Scariano and the first gentleman that came to our house had no qualms at all about the project. Yes, it was complicated, but the attitude of “can-do” was overwhelming every single day that they were at our house. Not only are they “can-do”, but they are extremely courteous, quiet, and cleaned up every single day. It is a no-brainer having them do your project. Our project manager, Luke, was available to call anytime we needed him. Just cannot say an enough good things about Scariano and his crew. I wish there were more than five stars. I guess it’s a 5+“

“We are at the tail end of our yurt construction and are extremely impressed with the yurt as well as Shelter Designs as a company. The yurt is very carefully crafted and the kit was meticulously put together. Everyone that was a part of the build and all of our friends and family have remarked at the craftsmanship and love that went into the yurt. Shelter Designs has been extremely patient and helpful with all of my many questions and requests for clarification. Really can't recommend them enough. They are very relatable and friendly, they also were very nice to my dogs. They were really helpful for making it affordable fighting hard with their boss to really help me in my situation.
