I have yet to receive treatment, but the woman who helped get my dog scheduled today is an absolute badass and my hero. My (former) primary vet put no effort whatsoever into the referral process for my dog who may have bone cancer. This woman got right on the phone and ripped the primary vet a new one, got me the paperwork I needed within an hour, and got my dog scheduled way sooner than expected before the day was over.I was pretty distraught and treading some unknown territory all day with only a vague notion of how to deal with any of it, and this woman advocated for my dog and I ferociously. Fast and friendly, recommended to us for our little one and would recommend to everyone we know. Rosie, our pomchi, got into a wasp nest and was stung multiple times, the vets and assistants were so friendly and got us taken care of. Thank you.
