Hire this man! I had a major time crunch coordinating a cross-country move, flew to town and realized I didn't have my storage locker key -- with a moving truck coming in the morning. Yikes. The storage company was unresponsive, so I called John and he picked up on the second ring (on a Sunday!) He was friendly on the phone and said he could meet me in 20 minutes. 17 minutes later he was at the storage facility with a smile on his face and helped me get into my unit. Thank you for not only saving my bacon, but for having an upbeat attitude on a Sunday when I needed help! Big blessing to me.
We were locked out of our RV and J Safe and Lock came out and had us on our way very quickly. Jon is very professional and I would highly recommend him if you ever need someone to unlock a door.
John met me in town on a freezing rainy day to program some new key fobs for my truck. He stood in the rain till the job was done and was prompt and professional. We will definitely use him again next time.
