Went in to get a rejecting navel peircing removed. They got us in the same day, took maybe 10 minutes including aftercare and the very reasonable payment. Very happy with the experience, despite the circumstances.
I reached out a while ago with a problem that I had when I got my tattoo done a while back, and even though the tattoo was pretty old, they still offered to touch it up and fix the line work after I explained the situation, they where more then understanding when i explained what happened and they let me know what and why my appointment didnt go as expected, my artist at the time had some personal matters they where dealing with and i hope things get better for that person. *Update: I just wanted to come back and update this post. I added a new photo of my left hand (Balrog) tattoo, 7 months later. It has healed phenomenally, with crisp detail and clean, professional line work. I am frequently complimented on the quality of my tattoos by Zhora. I work in Healthcare and her work has held up to countless hand washes, sanitizing and glove wearing. I couldn't be happier and continue to reccomend her to anyone looking for clean, quality, professional work & a friendly, thoughtful artist who is going to put the utmost care into every piece.
