When my 13 year old wanted his ears pierced, I knew Brightside was the place to go. Trist’n was so friendly that my son felt comfortable right away. She talked him through the process and was extremely proficient! I highly recommend her, and Brightside.
I’ve been to Brightside for tattoos with Saurana and Sam and loved every second of it, but today I brought my son to get his ears pierced and it was probably the best day of his year! Tryst’n was so gentle and knowledgeable and the jewelry selection was amazing! Also love that they were obviously welcoming of the queer community! What an awesome safe space for self expression!
Took my 9 year old in to have her ears pierced by Trist’n. My daughter has a condition where she occasionally faints in response to pain. I messaged Trist’n ahead of time and she was incredibly understanding and took all the steps necessary to keep my daughter comfortable. She talked her through each step of the process, pierced her in a reclined position and even offered her a juice box before we stood up to leave. We really appreciate the care Trist’n took to make it a positive experience for our daughter. Thank you!
