Marc and his team did an outstanding job on our new oak floor. From helping us decide on the best type of wood, size of planks, and the best finish, to laying the floor with great care and attention to detail, to communicating well and honoring our estimate, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience of working with Marc, Alex and Mario. I cannot recommend Winnwood Flooring enough. Mark came by to check out some minor damage to my floor and walked me through the repairs. Super nice, down to earth guy. I can’t think of anyone better to trust with your hardwood floors.
We had a previous floor installed from a different company that was a nightmare and we had to bring Mark and his company in to redo the floors. Mark was the best and made this headache so much easier on us and for a great price. We were not inconvenienced and it took little time. He and his team were amazing. There was no mess and very little downtime. He also understood what we were going through and did his best to make it an easy transition. They were so professional and Mark really knows his craft. He was patient as I had to choose colors and finish etc and he went above and beyond to help me choose. He was trusting and we had an old fashioned way of doing business...read full review
