“From the minute we met Andrea we knew he would do a good job. He is an organized, thorough, honest, friendly guy with good communication skills and updates provided by email and text/photos. He develops a full work plan before starting providing options if requested and adheres to the agreed upon plan. I would recommend him without hesitation. I’ve included a few photos that might not do it justice but I can confirm he did nice work and we love the result.”
“ACM was wonderful to work with, and could not have made the process more smooth on us! We hired them for a vermiculite removal job in our attic, they got their initial quote back to us within a few days, and were able to schedule the removal job faster than I ever expected! They were finished with the removal before other local companies even got back with us on quotes. We worked with several companies in the Missoula area to just take measurements and get a few quotes, and there is no comparison to how much easier ACM was to work with! I would easily reccomend them over other local options! Everyone we met and worked with was very kind and helpful. As new home owners we had a lot of questions throughout the process, and everything was answered timely and thoughtfully. We are very happy with our choice to work with ACM!”
“We are at the tail end of our yurt construction and are extremely impressed with the yurt as well as Shelter Designs as a company. The yurt is very carefully crafted and the kit was meticulously put together. Everyone that was a part of the build and all of our friends and family have remarked at the craftsmanship and love that went into the yurt. Shelter Designs has been extremely patient and helpful with all of my many questions and requests for clarification. Really can't recommend them enough. In an age where customer service generally ends at receipt of payment, they saw me through the entire process. This has been a really amazing experience! Much appreciated!!!”
