If you’re looking for a great color, cut, and style, Starla is amazing! I have very dark hair and I like blonde highlights which can be tricky. Starla knew exactly what to do.I’m always appreciative when meeting someone new, she made me feel comfortable and not only did she listen to me she understood what I was looking for.Starla did a beautiful job!!
