Thorough, thoughtful, friendly and transparent. A small family operated plumbing company that I will be contacting from now on with my plumbing needs. Feels like old Missoula, in a very good way. I hope they stick around!
Rick (Fred’s son) is running the business after Fred retired. Rick is conscientious, energetic and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issues with two of our three toilets and restored them to perfect condition. He actually triple checked his work before he left. His pricing was fair and less than several other companies in town. I have some experience with plumbing and can say that his work is above and beyond the standard of most of his peers. I can’t recommend him enough! This is the guy you want to fix any plumbing or heating problems!
I can’t say enough great things about Rick and Maddie at Fred’s. A true local business who still puts the emphasis on honesty and transparency in the work that they do. When I needed a new water heater I got a couple of quotes that blew my mind from some other folks in town. I decided to take a rec of a friend from work and boy I’m glad I did. They were prompt, knowledgeable and did fantastic work for a more than fair price. They are really nice and caring people, to boot. They have a costumer for life in me when it comes to any plumbing or heating needs in my house. Highly recommend giving them a call for all of your plumbing and heating needs! Thanks guys!
