Helped a friend clean her rental property after her tenants left it TRASHED. We managed to get everything else back in order, but the carpets were beyond us. She was certain that she was going to have to have them replaced. Always Prefered Restoration did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and removing the pet stains out of both the carpets on the sofa and love seat.

After shopping around the free estimate that Cliff provided was the best quote in town. I will be using them again without doubt. Very thorough, very clean, and they even moved the furniture! Thanks again guys!
