We used Maid Tidy for our move out clean and I couldn’t say more good things about the job they did from start to finish. The communication and booking process was super easy. Serene was responsive and very helpful answering our questions. They have an extremely thorough checklist for move out cleans and were also willing to add additional things to the list because we were moving out of a furnished location. After the clean, the house looked phenomenal, they do an amazing job, provide a very deep clean and truly care about your home. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to get their home cleaned in the Missoula area.

Maid Tidy's staff has been incredibly professional, kind, thorough, communicative, and flexible. They're easy and pleasant to coordinate with, and the prices are reasonable. Maid Tidy helped my family out during a tough time—my husband and daughter and dogs were staying with my mother-in-law in her home while she was on hospice—and the staffers handled all of our chaos so gracefully, and consistently did a fantastic job.

Maid Tidy genuinely cares for their employees. I have worked there for over a month and have been gratified and blown away with the business Serene has created. A livable wage in Missoula is at least $20/hr and Maid Tidy exceeds that wage! Serene ensures her employees are compensated properly and always looking for ways to improve. The work that Maid Tidy performs is top notch - every surface is touched and cleaned to perfection. This cleaning business isn’t like most and is truly a needle in the haystack. You get what you pay for when you hire Maid Tidy!
