“Highly recommend!! If you need a gym (community!) which is welcoming and efficiently effective than f45 is for you! Unlike other gyms- these are 45 minute thoughtfully designed classes. The hardest part is showing up. You simply show up 1 min before class, change your shoes, listen to a demo, workout and 45 minutes later to the minute you’re done! No parking far away, changing in a locker room, getting/cleaning/putting back equipment- it’s really productive. And I love the programming. It’s sustainable workouts that truly can be made as hard or as easy as your body needs. I have been doing it consistently for 3 1/2 years and after doing all the gyms (cross fit, core power, orange theory, lifetime etc) this is the only gym that has stuck and I am in the best shape of my life! Finally, the owners and coaches are all local community members who care and are just good human beings. Don’t wait - try a class and experience for yourself.“

He asks to go to the gym almost every night and is sad when I come to pick him up because the staff is fun and super interactive!“

“I like the friendly staff at Lifetime, and the pickleball courts. But I recently joined another gym in addition to Lifetime for the red light therapy. I also discovered machines that felt more comfortable and easier to use. I’m also shopping Pilates because Lifetime costs more even though the room often sits empty. Why not give Signature members a deep discount on Pilates? An unlimited and flexible monthly pass would be ideal if the price would compete with other studios. I prefer a one stop.“

“I loved loved loved going to lifetime fitness to workout and work on my basketball game and other things,but now with the different hours and days we can use the gym due to the different hours for Medicare or certain level of our insurance is ridiculous. People with disabilities should be able to use this gym and other lifetime gyms regardless of insurance. I’m completely outraged and will most indefinitely be leaving this gym. This rating is for the facility rather than anything else. Please reach out if you want to keep ur loyal customer. I’m not paying the extra 100 bucks per month when I wasn’t paying anything before to use the gym for free. Overall I’m unsatisfied with everything lately.“
