I highly recommend everyone check out Show Off Fitness and give it 5/5 stars! Before Show Off Fitness, I had not done strength training in years. I was looking for a trainer to safely help me build muscle and bone strength. With great rates and great stats, I knew that Show Off Fitness was the right choice for me. I went to this gym the last 2 years and loved it! Truly a family atmosphere, with everyone from your new guy to the pro bodybuilder - it's a great place to train and learn at. I highly recommend this gym over any of the chain gyms in the area.
