I would give it 5 stars but it needs to go back to 24/7. It gets to be crowded some times and everybody is in every one's way. At least make it 24/7 on Monday thru Friday, or Monday thru Thursday.

Update: bars retaped and bands out a couple days after writing this review. Suppressing a star for consistency, but I’ll redress at a month. I appreciate the efforts of the staff. Thanks for addressing these complaints.

Everyone understands that this is a premium club/gym. With that, I care about two things: towel service and free weight / equipment maintenance. I rarely use any other amenities. What’s extremely frustrating to me is that we consistently are dealing with equipment missing or in disarray which provides an inconsistent experience.

Great facility but too crowded. Also, gym
Manners are rare. People walking right in front of you while you lift in front of the mirror. Always a wait for the hydro massage beds. Too many people sitting around on their phones taking up space.

Gym has everything you could want - sauna, pool, locker room, towel service, cafe etc. Parking is always full a bit of a turnoff. Tons of classes and Erin the instructor is the best.
