F45 is the first group fitness class I’ve participated in and I will never look back! The coaches are outstanding, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. F45 has become my safe space to unwind, get an awesome workout in, and chat with wonderful people!! 10/10 recommend!!!
First and foremost the people. F45 Training Eagan West is a community and a family! The coaches are all different and all have very uniques styles but make everyone feel comfortable and instill confidence. The workouts, seeing the results are just an extra benefit!!
Joining F45 was the best decision I've made for myself. I had been doing at home workouts by myself for the past two years, & I knew I needed something different. I started with a free 7 day trial at F45 and was immediately hooked! I love the format of the workouts, it's never boring! The combination of cardio & strength training were exactly the type of exercises I was looking for. This community is like no other! I walk in and everyone is excited to see me. I hear, "keep going Kayla, you're doing a great job!" while pushing myself during the last 10 seconds of an exercise. I need that! ♡ I've only been a member for a month at this point, but I can see myself staying a member for a long time!
