Been attending their circuit training sessions every Thursday and it’s honestly the first workout class I didn’t quit after two visits. Instructor keeps things challenging but still explains exercises clearly for beginners. The place smells clean most of the time too, which surprisingly matters more than people realize.
I think this is an incredibly solid gym. It has every machine/weight I would want, things are usually clean and it has a great smoothie shop inside. Overall I’d consider it great.
Been a member for about 2 months now. I typically go 3 to 4 times during the weekdays, and usually arrive between 10 - Noon. Mention that because at that time of the morning, it's not crowded at all. The parking lot is 1/4 full, you can get onto almost any piece of equipment you want, the pool will typically have at least 1 to 2 lanes open, the basketball court might be completely empty or up to a few people shooting around. It's been easy to get a locker and have space to change clothes, the showers are clean and I've always experienced soap in the dispensers.
