“Started at F45 on January 5, 2026 and haven’t looked back. The absolute best investment I make in myself, for myself, every single month. The coaches are all great and are more than happy to meet you wherever you’re at, fitness wise!”
“Drees was recommended to us by friend of our family and we are so lucky to have found them. Our daughter loves going to training and the small group sizes and one on one coaching she gets has not only built better more consistent volleyball skills but also her confidence on and off the court! Cant say enough good things about Drees!”
