LA Fitness

The purpose for submitting this review is to commend Yesusy, the studio’s manager, for her professionalism and commitment to resolving for me an issue which I had tried unsuccessfully to resolve for a long time, including many frustrating calls to the corporate headquarters and in-person requests made to management of my local club. Yesusy very quickly understood and appreciated the problem and importance of resolving it for me, despite having run into multiple dead ends and conversations with the corporate office resulting in new resolution and termination of the phone conversations. Had Yesusy not resolved the issue, LA Fitness would have lost two members, so she deserves recognition and credit for what she was able to accomplish.

Some weight machines seem to be slowly getting replaced which is great to see as many machines (especially cardio) are past due. Fellow gym members rarely wipe machines down after they use it, which is gross. I’m always wiping down before and after use because of this. The pool crowd is good with respect to other swimmers when morning lap lanes occasionally fill up. Cleaning staff works very hard and is super friendly!

Carly was so helpful getting me and my husband signed up today she showed us all around and showed us stuff we didn't even know the gym had. great gym very nice equipment. the smoothie bar was an added plus!
