Not the typical Life Time from the outside, it's small and in a strip mall, but they pack a lot in. Lap pool, hot tub, steam room, yoga, Pilates. Huge Alpha studio closed off from the main section of the club. No cafe, but they sell some packaged shakes and bars. It's also just the friendliest location I've been too overall.
Been a member with Lifetime for over 3 years now and i have never been more welcomed into a gym like at this location. Sage is a true leader and experienced professional. Not only will Sage make you feel welcomed into this club he has a complete and solid answer to your questions. Sage by far has the best customer service i have seen in years of managing and stopping in for workouts at gyms around the twin cities. Whatever Sage is doing everyone on the team should be taking notes on how to engage with members or “potienal” member. Life Time in Eden prairie, Athletic is a wonderful place for me to go rest, get energized, and strengthened. Especially like the cold plunge and swimming pool in perfect temperature.
