I've been a Life Time member (on and off) for about 20 years. At this season of life (family of 7), Life Time is one of the core parts of our family life.The leadership and staff at this location is friendly, professional, and very hard working. They strive to provide a VIP type of experience for guests, and it shows.Over the past 9 months, my wife and I discovered their Alpha group fitness classes -- these have been a revelation to us! We are hooked on attending these classes. These classes are a bit like Cross Fit, but a bit more approachable (by that I mean, slightly less technical in nature than some Cross Fit workouts tend to be). I’ve been a Lifetime member across the Twin Cities for the last 15 years. The Eden Prarie club has been the first to feel like home. I drive 15 miles to come here and it’s worth every minute. It’s not the newest or the flashiest, but the vibe is wonderful. Mike, the GM, has developed a culture that’s welcoming and best in class. The facilities are sparkling clean and the amenities are Country clubesque. Check it out for yourself- you’ll never want to leave!

My wife and I are new to elderly workouts. Staff seems very capable and willing to go the extra mile to help us newcomers get up to speed. The other members help us as well. Comfortable atmosphere.
