All the ladies at the front desks/managers in the office here are very friendly. The Cafe guy offers excellent requests, he makes you feel welcome. The Personal Trainers are very down to earth. I had trouble figuring out the machines and they are knowledgeable & helpful! I was looking for a local club & definitely will keep my membership.

The gym has a lack of weightlifting equipment which can cause you to stay at the gym for an extra 30 minutes just waiting around. This lifetime only has 2 adjustable benches which I have often had to wait for over 20 minutes for. The previous gym I was at, which was 1/3 of the price, had waaay more adjustable benches and I never once had to wait to use one. Whenever I need to use an adjustable bench, there is about an 80% chance I'm going to have to awkwardly wait for it.

Be careful if you are YOUNG and BLACK they will do whatever they can to not let you bring guests in. Was told that all you needed was a photo ID and that was sufficient for guest but we arrive and the story changed now we need state ID only so then how do people under 18 use guests passes? The monthly fee is way to expensive to have this many issues when simply attempting to play basketball gotta do better.
