The Woodbury location is a good family gym with respectful people and well-maintained equipment. While the pool may be small for adult use, the overall environment is nice, though some customers wish it was bigger like other Life Time locations. The Lifetime Express in Woodbury is smaller, but the equipment still meets the needs of its members, and the quick in-and-out experience is appreciated.
Customers with Onyx memberships can visit any Life Time location, but the Apple Valley and Woodbury locations are praised for their friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, making them a preferred choice for a peaceful, not-crowded workout.
-lifetime Fitness Express in Apple Valley Minnesota is a good place to go for a quick workout. Convenient location with first come first serve parking. I use the elliptical machines and the weights and more. Give them a try. -Troy Stewart Google maps reviewer
Woodbury's lifetime is a good family gym, people is respectful and aquipment is very keep there a guy everyday who verify the machines i have see doing and fixing, the pool is small for adult people not for kids, Environment is nice wish be more bigger like the other ones. But nice place expensive but worth the money
The equipment is not new like other lifetimes, but they have what you would need! The mens locker room is the only one that has a sauna, which is a huge bummer for the women who like saunas. This is a Lifetime Express, so it is small. But overall, I still like it and it helps that I can get in and out really quick!
