Dave the Surveyor was immediately available and super helpful. He took the time to explain the oil furnace system, tiger loop, and different tank options. He gave me a quote during his visit so I didn’t have to wait. The women at the office were able to schedule me within a week so I had no worries on waiting. The crew showed up and got the job done within 3 hours. They had the fire department come over to double check and sign off before they left. Everything is spotless. And the price of $4555 for a Roth 275 gallon tank w 30 year insurance was unbeatable. I love this company and everyone who works there. “My central AC failed during a recent brutal heat wave. The initial service call temporarily resolved the issue, but the technician warned it might not hold. True to his advice, the problem recurred. The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.
Rob, our technician, was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Anticipating our discomfort without AC, he brought us a portable unit from the shop for temporary relief. “Total Comfort Mechanical had impressed us a couple of years ago when they came out to diagnose our ailing 22 year old air conditioner compressor. They could have easily claimed that it was too old to repair and pressured us to replace the unit, but instead they identified a broken part and quickly replaced it for a reasonable price. This summer we decided to replace our entire HVAC system and also completely replace and straighten out our convoluted duct work. We had TCM do the job which they did very professionally for a very fair price. Wendell came out to spec the job and listened carefully to our concerns and our budget constraints and provided us with three different detailed quotes to choose from. His crews were exceptional, arriving on time, working late when necessary, cleaning up, and being professional the whole time they were here. We highly recommend this company.“

“Fantastic work provided by David. We've got an older oil burner that needed a thorough service/cleaning and David answered immediately. He showed up on time and ready to go and was extremely professional. When he was done he provided before and after photos (which were extremely helpful in showing how dirty our system was) and explained what he did. Very friendly and capable, would highly recommend.
