“Initially, I spoke with Ken regarding an issue with the line sets for my mini-split. Insulating foam casings wrapped around the line sets were disintegrating. Ken sent George to inspect the line sets and replace the casings with a higher grade product. George was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a great job carefully wrapping the line sets with the new product. The cost for the replacement was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ken's HVAC Service!“

“I don't usually leave reviews. But i was very very impressed with how professional everyone was installing two new mini splits and a condenser in our home. From start to finish, it was easy to communicate with Sean and Maryellen. The project was completed in less than 6 hours and the team that worked on the house was super friendly, respectful and hardworking. I had my doubts about the mass save rebate but those doubts went away when the check came in the mail recently. Their quote was affordable and competitive. Use them, they are a great company!“

“We recently had mini splits installed in our big-ass Victorian by McMahon. Our house was always freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. And because of the layout of our place (lots of rooms/no real open areas) we had to have so many window units that it never really cooled anything down. But that's not the case anymore. From the start, everyone at McMahon was just awesome to work with. Our first contact was Steven, who explained everything to us and helped us problem solve for what would be the best solution. After we decided that, Ledi did most of the installation (always with a helper). Ledi does more work in a day than I do in 3 months. He was just great (even our pets loved him). The electricians were awesome. Everyone involved was stellar. McMahon even helped us with the MassSave info we wanted to fill out for an interest-free loan that was available.

I can not say enough about them. If you are looking to get any heating or cooling units installed, use them. You will not be disappointed.“
