“I had a phenomenal experience with Crescent Plumbing & Drain. I had a water heater in Medford that needed to be replaced immediately. My home warranty company assigned it to Crescent. Their rates were the most competitive that I saw (as I also did my own research for competitive rates). They were available two days later but when I told them it was urgent, they squeezed me in the next morning at 7 am and completed the job the same day. I had a great experience. Elizabeth did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated. She was very patient and generous with her time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Ken did the work, and while he was replacing the heater, he noticed some other work that required follow up soon and was kind enough to point it out and take pictures for my awareness.
