Atlantic's planning and operational team (Jamie, Tim, Billy, JD and others) did a superb job replacing a hodgepodge of ancient hot air furnaces and A/C coils/condensers over 6 days in a rambling 18thC farmhouse/19thC parsonage/21stC renovated home. Always on time, efficiently planned, knowledgeable, hardworking, helpful at explaining things, and very likable.
About Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning
Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1962, serving the Brookline area with exceptional customer service and skilled employees. They are known for their honesty and integrity. The team is praised for their professionalism, cleanliness, and expertise in installing heating systems, performing maintenance, and handling repairs. Customers have expressed high satisfaction with services such as furnace cleaning and installing systems. They appreciate the careful and timely work of technicians, who communicate clearly and thoroughly. Angel was truly spectacular, taking the time to show internal components, pointing out what needed to be cleaned, and answering questions. Angel also recorded before and after photos. Angel's customer service is the best seen with an HVAC person. Excellent service from Francisco, who has come out twice to get AC units working properly. Francisco goes above and beyond, was on time, very nice to work with, courteous, and a great communicator. Angel was great for a regular cleaning, very kind, clear, efficient, and a good communicator. That's been the experience with almost everyone at Atlantic.
Reviews
Liam, Alex and Dom installed a new boiler for us. They were very professional and worked hard to get the job done even though it was very hot outside (and inside). We are impressed and happy we decided to use Atlantic for the job.
We have worked with Atlantic for years, and have been impressed with their customer service, attention to detail, and kindness every single time we work with them. Most recently, Spiros came out to our house, on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend, during a major heat wave, and worked quickly to identify and remedy the problem. We are grateful to everyone at Atlantic, and recommend them wholeheartedly.
