I called on Friday and booked an appointment to clean the oil burner for that Monday, the tech, Kevin , showed up exactly at the appointment time, did the job and also recommended a fix for the supply line from the tank to the unit... Totally recommended

We got a report from a different HVAC company (the installer) about a refrigerant leak during annual maintenance. We've been looking to find a new HVAC maintenance company to use instead, and we had been recommended Genove by a coworker. They were able to get us on the books quickly. We're in Arlington. They were very professional and upfront about their pricing and the potential system problems. They sent out a technician (Shawn), who was fantastic. He walked me through each of the steps and was extremely transparent with the process. He ran two separate tests and found that there was no discernible leak. Shawn was responsive and punctual. Our AC issue was quickly identified, was clearly explained, and repaired. Price was very reasonable, I would hire again for any future issue.Services: A/C system repair
