As far as I can tell, Thomas did his job correctly. In addition to the head units he thoroughly cleaned and hosed off the compressor. Best of all he stowed the garden hose, which is hard for me. He was neat, friendly and business like; such behavior makes a callback more likely. We have had no problems with the HP since its installation two years ago. So obviously if it continues to function well, then Thomas has done his job successfully.
They're really fantastic to work with. I used them recently for some air conditioner repair. They are quick to schedule, responsive to questions, clear communicators, show up on time. Will definitely be using them again moving forward
