After few visits to my home by various technicians who attempted to address heater issues(unsuccessfully) I finally got Josh who identified the issue within maybe 1/2 hour.he ordered parts, came back within a week and changed parts,and he coordinated visit with electrician to relocate outdoor sensor. So far so good! Josh is the best! Electricians were the best too,explained everything, left for a bit and came back just make sure everything was working! Thanks you Josh!

Excellent Furnace service performed today by Boston Standard. Had a no heat condition, but Anthony P (last name omitted to respect his privacy) solved the issues, was proficient, professional, white gloves clean, and just a very nice knowledgeable guy. We started our relationship with New England Ductless back in 2019 with the addition of Mitsubishi Mini-Splits, now care of our American Standard Furnace and Rinnai Tankless Hot Water will be handled by their sibling Boston Standard

Boston Standard just finished a full house Heat Pump conversion and install and I can't say enough good things about them, especially the crew. Everyone who came to my house was professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The foreman on site, Okoya was especially helpful throughout the 4+ days and even when we ran into a small issue with the electrician he was here 3 hours after everyone else left trying to resolve it. The back office was always prompt to respond and answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
