It was an appreciated call to receive to address my concerns as a customer and hopefully help their business be better. I’m updating the original rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.<br><br>Original: My wife and I scheduled a $70 service visit where we felt the plumber that was sent out was not as professional as he could be and offered very little cost-effective help. We have a leaking frost-free sillcock / outdoor spigot that appears to have a rebuild kit readily available to attempt repair….items that were brought up when we scheduled the visit. The plumber proposed a different more complex solution and insisted if we did as proposed with the rebuild kit that we would call him in a month because it would be leaking again. Long story short the only option in his mind was to cut open wall and replace the whole assembly to the tune of ~$1,000. We have since found licensed plumbers who would replace the whole assembly at about half the cost and one who will rebuild the sillcock using the kit for an absolutely reasonable price. I would be wary using this company for your plumbing work—a recent other review mentions that HL Bowman is in charge…maybe things have gotten worse.”

Not only he walks you through everything you have to take into account the installation, but he's also very upfront about all of the rebates and incentives that you can take advantage of.<br>He is extremely diligent and very easy to reach out to whenever something is needed.<br>We have been extremely pleased with the performance of the Daikin system installed, especially after the extremely cold winter in Boston we just went through.<br>We would recommend them with no doubt and are looking forward to getting our next project done with them as well!”

I used Alpha Mechanical to install a new air conditioning and heating system in my condo. Sean was very patient at educating me about the options. I signed a contract in May 2022. It was difficult to get the equipment as it was during the pandemic but I ordered everything to have it on hand in case my AC failed during the summer. Fortunately it lasted and I was able to replace the entire AC and heating system in September, a year and a half ago. It has worked flawlessly and when we had a problem, caused by my husband, they came and rectified the situation. They are a small operation so it is not always possible to get them to turn on a dime but so far, so good, and I have nothing but great recommendations for Alpha Mechanical.”
