James was outstanding. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, but he went out of his way to adjust the system to give us immediate cooling. Additionally , he was affable and polite and explained exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done to avoid the problem in the future. He was a pleasure to work with. DW
Carlos the technician who came out on a hot muggy Friday evening was great. He repaired my system, and was professional, knowledgeable, and really just a nice person. I would recommend him highly.
Had Greg G. come to install a new cooling coil and compressor. We chose Akian over some other companies even though it was slightly more expensive than other quotes because Akian has an excellent extended warranty, and excellent customer care. We were really glad we picked them - Greg G came out again the next day because of some questions I had regarding the installation and spent a lot of time troubleshooting and answering my concerns. He was friendly and truly cared about good customer service. I would highly recommend Akian.
