My experience hiring Frontier Air to replace my gas furnace with a whole-home heat pump was outstanding from start to finish. Tony was attentive to my goals for the project from the outset and was quick to provide detailed responses to any questions I had during the estimate process. Overall a wonderful experience with the team. They came to do a consultation very quickly, provided a very fair estimate, and were extremely communicative. They worked with us to meet the standards for using the Mass Save program and provided all necessary info. They did a great job during the installation and we are so happy with the new heat pump they installed.
Tony was great. He was able to swing by the same day that I called, and solved the problem with my HVAC condensate pump quickly and efficiently, and then gave me advice on how to handle potential issues in the future.
I'd highly recommend to anyone and will be using him for any future hvac needs.
