I got an appointment for tune-up of my heating system within a week (while the company that installed the system had no appointments until 4 months out). Rob was on time, professional, friendly, thorough, explained everything, and the cost was 30% less than what the other company charged the year prior.

Reviews
Kevin was awesome throughout the entire service call - friendly and polite. After talking through several options how he could determine where the leak coming through our kitchen ceiling originated, he quickly discovered it was coming from the toilet in the bathroom above it. He made the wax seal repair, thoroughly cleaned the area, and explained that any future leaks would probably be from the cast iron flange front ear. I would definitely ask for Kevin for any future repairs.
Terrence and Todd came out for the routine maintenance of our HVAC. They were very thorough. Took their time to explain each of the recommendation and patiently answered all my questions. They were both very knowledgeable. And I recommend Sila to anyone looking for any HVAC service.
