Was in search for a generator for my home. Wasn't too sure which company to use. I had two companies visit and received quotes But, I wasn't satisfied. Yes, price is important but I just did not feel comfortable and confident on them so I tried a third one. Sila came to my home and they sent their master electrician. Jon helped me with the process of scheduling and providing me details on pricing and application of a new generator. Even before scheduling, he let me know on what to expect if I did move forward with a generator installation. Carlos did a great, thorough job checking out furnace and air conditioner, and explained what he found, making recommendations, and suggestions for follow up.Please note, the person who calls should give an estimate for time of arrival, rather than just saying on his way, as the technician was driving from quite a distance and expected a much shorter wait for him to arrive.

I had my annual boiler check-up today. Mike S. was phenomenal!! I would give him a 10 rating if it were possible! He was extremely patient and willing to explain each step he was taking.
