“I’m super happy about the service provided by Frontier Air! I urgently needed to cut out 2 vents in my attic, because I was told by other contractors that it’s getting to wet and moldy in there, so I called Frontier Air and they have already sent me a guy next day ready to do the work with all tools and supplies needed. Artyom was very friendly and picky about protecting my house from making a mess, he took his shoes off inside and put rugs everywhere on his area of work and cleaned up after the work was done. The work was done faster than I expected and ended up being a bit cheaper than the pre-estimated amount! My vents look nice and neat! Thank you Frontier Air HVAC! “We were without heat and called for help. within a day one of the guys came and found our furnace in need of repair. One part needed to be ordered and the only distributer had a two week back order.Lo and behold, two weeks go by we called to see if the part was in only to find out the distributor had another 4 to 6 weeks. we decided to just get a new furnace and John went above and beyond to help us out in a very short period of time to get a new furnace and heat back in at home. Very highly recommended.“
“Jim and his son Henry came to replace some faucets for us and troubleshoot several older sink and shower faucets and drains. We have allergies in our family, and he and his son took extra care to keep us safe, which was very appreciated. They are able to come scent-free if anyone in your family is sensitive to scents! Being totally forthright with us, he let us know that based on the building's electric service, the job would not be able to be done legally. I have the most respect for someone in business who knows what they can and cannot do.Biggest regret here is that we can't do business with them based on the dated electric service in the building.“

“Gallinelli Plumbing is the only service I would use. From day one they have been responsive, attentive and conscientious in their work. I used them for plumbing issues and to hook up a stove. I've also had him work on my mom's house and she was extremely impressed with them. Not sure where the negative review above came from. Does not sound like it's the same plumber from my experience. My 10 years experience!“
“Joe was great scheduling an appointment with me - I had a problem with my boiler, so he sent his associate Steve to check on it the very next day. Steve did a great job figuring out the problem; he made sure that we had enough hot water before the next appointment, and a week later he fixed the problem. Steve offered few valuable maintenace tips for me to pay attention to. I am very satisfied with this service, and I would highly recommend this company. Keep up a good work!“
“Thompson has been our go-to plumber for a while now! They have fixed a major leak in our wall, replaced a water heater, as well as several smaller jobs over the past few years.They never fail to be prompt, throughout and wonderful to work with. They are also reasonable price wise for the turn around time and quality of service.Finally, they are all just the nicest. From giving me time updates so I can plan naps, wearing masks to protect my medically complex daughter, to allowing my son to “help” then fix the sink and explaining every step of the process to him, every interaction with this team has been lovely.“

Jon found and fixed issues with my boiler that were a result of neglect from the prior owner of my current home. “Lost hot water at the shower and likely culprit was the Moen PosiTemp cartridge. No problem. Went to HD, bought the cartridge, came home and tried to remove the old one. Hahaha Did. Not. Budge. Tried to rip the thing out for over an hour, but it was so corroded it had fused with the faucet. It was about 4pm when I started to panic. Couldn't put the control valve back together because it was so f broken. Basically an open tap. I looked up a Waltham plumber with some good reviews and called Hickey's Plumbing. Michael answered, understood the problem and said he would be there within the hour. He was there in 40 min. Michael and the guy he was working with were there right away when I needed help, fixed it so I could turn the water back on, ordered the parts and came back in a day to install them. Both Michael and his assistant plumber were fast and professional.“

“Freiner Plumbing, Heating and Cooling responded to my emergency the same day I called! Dave from Freiner came and was very knowledgeable and fixed the leaking shower mixing valve so the leak couldn’t cause further water damage. I have also had the good luck of having Clark and Ken Freiner install a new Burnham boiler a few years ago. Freiner is a family owned company that are honest and professional! They do excellent work and stand behind it, which is rare to find these days.“
