I had my annual furnace tune up today by Nick and Brian. They found 2 problems with my furnace and fully explained them in detail to me and how to repair them. Brian and Nick where very knowledgeable, pleasant and very neat. I look forward to seeing them again.
Brian was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was also candid when the installation of a new piece of tracking equipment on top of our oil tank could not be done due to awkward tank location and minimal connectivity. They’ll try again at annual inspection. He also gave me some good points to remember as we head into winter season to protect the entire system.
George arrived promptly, evaluated and confirmed the issue and parts were available in his vehicle. He explained the plan to correct and completed the repairs professionally and under the estimated time. We are very pleased with his level of service.
