Excellent service! They were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in diagnosing and fixing our AC problem. They clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done, and everything was handled smoothly. Our AC is working perfectly again. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Dave came to inspect our malfunctioning AC and was great! He was so friendly, generous with his time and information, explained how the system should work and what maintenance should look like, and checked multiple times to see if I had questions. I would definitely work with him again.
I contacted Green Tech because the boiler and 3 mini split units in my recently purchased home in Somerville were overdue for maintenance. They got back to me promptly and were able to come the next day. Dave arrived right at the beginning of the arrival window and was very diligent, thorough, and careful with my belongs, etc. He was also friendly and professional and communicated clearly about the processes and pricing. The mini splits are working much more efficiently now, without dripping, and most importantly without all the black mold that he discovered.
