I found myself with a dishwasher that refused to drain, and a previous plumber that over the course of two weeks and three phone calls couldn’t even return a phone call. Searching for local plumbers yielded Green Tech. Having read their google reviews and reviewed their website I decided to reach out. I not only got a quick return call but also they were able to come out that same day. While the dishwasher pump is in need of replacement I’m happy to say it was a great experience. Fast work, polite and tidy people, over all just a pleasant experience. Cost was in line with my budget and services provided. Will be a repeat customer from now on.
Our water heater burst overnight. Dave answered my call right away and came within just a few hours to assess and replace it. Also came back the next day to check on some low water pressure and resolved it right away without charge.
They were very prompt, friendly, and got the job done efficiently. The other condo unit’s heater was having an issue and they were able to service that as well! Great company. Will use again.
