I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.

Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable.
