Laura is AMAZING!!! For my whole life, I have had either negative or mediocre experiences when getting my hair cut. So I was pretty anxious going into my appointment with her, expecting to leave underwhelmed and self-conscious about my haircut afterwards like all the other times. I had put off getting it cut for way too long though, so I made the appointment to get it done. At the appointment, she asked me about what I wanted, really took time to listen and understand what I liked and didn’t, and helped me understand how to maintain and style my hair in a way that was doable for me after she cut and styled it. For the first time in my life, I felt 100% satisfied and confident after leaving a haircut. I can’t recommend her enough! 👌

What can I say about Arabella, she is one who deserves more than 5stars . She did not just miracles with my dead dry hair, but she went above and beyond for my son . She got And then at a time where he was comfortable, He looks amazing. My son has traumatic brain injury and I could not ask for something more. He left there saying he would like to go again and for a mama bear that is the best thing you can hear.. She is definitely in her true calling. Ive been going to this salon for nearly 20 years for manicures and pedicures. I love the services and their family friendly environment. The owner recently received her license for microblading eyebrows. I would NOT trust anyone else to do my brows but I trusted Debbie (owner). As usual, she did not disappoint. My eyebrows are gorgeous and it was a pleasantly comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this salon for manicures, pedicures, brow waxing and microblading.

My daughter and I got our nails done Thursday 2/12 and that night one of my nails (gel) peeled. The next day 2 more did the same thing. I was at work and couldn't do anything about it. I went to Happy Nails right after work to see what could be done. She got me sat right away and fixed the problem nails free of charge! She said it's because black gel takes longer to set, so she made sure I stayed under the light longer. Will definitely be back. They were very kind both times I was there. Pictures are from when they started peeling while I was at work and then after she fixed them.

I pointed out that she didn’t need to apologize because he was the problem. I confided to her that I was getting perturbed with him and I would say something to him if he did it again.
If you see this, bro: I booked an appointment with Sierra. I was a paying customer and deserved to have her full attention. You helped yourself to the time I paid for.

The guys at Drain Surgeon have helped us many times! Most recently they found and fixed a leak near our sump pump - had to replace part of a pipe which they did very quickly the same day! They also replaced a tube at the water softener! Besides being competent they are friendly!

Excellent service and response. A neighbor's tree destroyed the electrical service mast (a combination of a conduit and a weatherhead on top of the roof) and powerline during a storm on a Tuesday night. The electricity could only be restored once the service mast was fixed and inspected by the city. Riverbend came out the morning after the storm and provided a repair estimate within a few hours. Riverbend completed the work the following day, and the electric company had the power back that evening.

A bit late to writing this but I was quoted for a pretty intensive electrical job (moving the breaker from inside to outside the house, grounding, etc) around december and I was quoted a really fair price. I was out of town when the job was done but the team was professional and the turnout from quote -> job was really quick. Aaron is extremely down to earth and K&R electric ultimately looks out for the little man. High recommendations from me.

Matt came out gave me an honest quote and gave me a breakdown on how he was going to do all the work. After the free estimate he got straight to work. I purchased a new gas range and installed it at home, but the flame height was extremely high despite adjusting it as low as it would go, and there was a constant gas smell when the oven was on. I called Whirlpool customer service and they told me they would find a local repair service they partner with to come look at it. I received a phone call from Heather at Bob's Repair Service a week later and she had all the information from Whirlpool, all I had to do was verify my address. She scheduled the visit for the very next day. Byron arrived at my house prepared with an understanding of what I had already shared with Whirlpool and got straight to work. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He educated me a great deal about the difference between natural gas and LP and how the orfaces on my new range were the wrong ones. He very quickly replaced them all, tested every burner, adjusted the flame height and oven. I appreciated learning so much and the proficiency of his service.
A few years ago, I had a dryer that wouldn’t stop running unless I manually shut it off. I explained the issue over the phone, and the tech showed up prepared and fixed it on the first visit. The price was reasonable, and the service was solid.
Yesterday, I called again because my Maytag washer from 2017 started sounding like a jet engine and even had a faint burning smell. The person on the phone was upfront and explained what the likely issue was, then told me honestly that the repair would cost more than the machine is worth. I appreciated the transparency instead of sending someone out just to charge a diagnostic fee and tell me the same thing.
I’ll definitely call them again for future appliance issues. They don’t work on Samsung dishwashers, which I’ve learned is pretty common in the industry, but I still trust them for anything they do service.

We have had various carpet cleaning companies over the 34 years we've lived here, but Evan is a standout. Very personable young man. Did a great job with the carpets and our furniture. He wasn't 100% sure regarding a question I asked about cleaning a newer sofa so before cleaning it he called his boss for verification that it was ok to clean. He was informative when it came to drying the carpets. He taught me somethings I've never been told before. Would definitely recommend Crimmins Carpet Services. We have used Crimmins before, but after today I would absolutely request Evan.

Let me tell you how this store rolls so you don't have to waste time shopping around for great service. I purchased water proof, wood look, plank vinyl flooring from Lumber Liquidators around the time Covid was hitting and whole states were shutting down. The store went out of their way to make sure I recieved my order during all that Covid madness. Huge relief at the time as I was in the middle of a remodel. The flooring was awesome quality and I've recieved a ton of compliments on it over the years. It still looks new and has held up great.
Fast forward five years and I'm doing a small renovation and needed another box. I went to the store with a sample of my flooring only to find out it was discontinued. Not shocking considering the time lapse. The employee helping me, Matt, took it upon himself to see if any boxes of this discontinued flooring still existed. He found the manufacturer and name of the product and then search all of the Lumber Liquidator stores to see if anyone had some. Low and behold, it took a day but he located a box IN ANOTHER STATE. Matt arranged for the flooring to be Fedex'd straight to my home.
This was absolutely above and beyond and it saved me countless hours of aggravation. We all know that not many businesses will go out of their way to provide this level of service...especially five years after a sale. I would recomemd this place to my family and friends in a heart beat.

We had Eagleizer redo our whole backyard. They tore out old concrete patios, sidewalks, rock beds, and grass that was in the yard. They leveled the yard out, put in a paver patio, paver sidewalk, sod, rock beds, and other landscaping. They did a fantastic job and we will be reaching back out to them in the future. We also had a few other companies quote on this project as well. The pricing was in line with competitors in the area, but Eagleizer was the only one that was able to give a digital rendering of what work they'd be doing.
I have had Kevin Tree Service remove 3 large trees and a few smaller ones over the past several years. Each time, the service has been exceptional. The crew takes down the trees safely and completely, as well as cleaning up the area afterwards. Kevin is always willing to check my other trees for potential problems and does extra helpful things at no extra charge. I would never use another tree service.
My new landscaping looks amazing. The crew was efficient and very kind to work with. Highly recommend.

Called to have an estimate to do a tree removal. Called me back the very next day. Came out gave me the estimate it was very fair amount. Crew was excellent. They worked together like a well oiled machine. The guy in the bucket, doing most of the cutting, was like an artist! The clean up after the job was impressive. Would definitely recommend to any family or friends that need tree work done!
Walt and his crew removed a dying tree from our yard. They were reasonably priced and quick. You sometimes have to call Walt once or twice, but it worked out for us.

He fixed my husband’s plantar fasciitis, his shoulder that medical doctors said was bursitis, my son’s knee, my tension migraines, and so much more! Our whole family sees him young and old! If you need help I would recommend giving him a chance to help you get healed!

My dogs and cats have been patients for over twenty years from basic maintenance (preventative, check ups), to life saving surgery. We have always been treated friendly and received excellent care. The staff have always adjusted to our peculiarities to make us more comfortable when situations were not. Staff are always friendly and treat your pets as their own.
My family has been placing our fur-babies in the care of this clinic for over 20 years; I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! The entire staff are very dear to my family's heart, and our particular veterinarian, Dr. Rock, was literally born to do what he does. *We absolutely love him.* ??
I had been asked to take care of a pet rat during the Christmas break and unfortunately things took a turn for the worse and I didn't know what to do. I called Gilmer Park Animal clinic because I was told that they dealt with small animals and to my surprise they were available to see me the same day. I am a huge animal lover and even though this pet rat was not mine I was very very attached to him and I was extremely upset when I called and even more so when I came into the clinic. Every single person in that building treated me with respect and compassion and they treated this situation as if they had known me for years. I honestly was overwhelmed with how compassionate everyone was there. All three receptionist, the doctor, the assistant, every single person made me feel that my emotions were justified and that we never know how much an animal can affect us until they're gone. They always say that first impressions mean the most and I have to say this is 100% the case with this clinic. My first impression started the second they answered the phone and my impression only grew more positive by the time I walked out of the door. I would like to also mention that the doctor was so sincere in the things she was saying and HOW she was saying them... She really listened to me as I shared my sadness in the exam room and basically told me she was here to answer any of my questions or concerns and to take my time.. even the way she took special care and slowly wrapping him up gently in such a loving and caring way that made him look as if he was simply sleeping... I mean it takes a real special kind of person to show so much care and compassion in moments like these. I never once felt rushed as though I could have asked her 10 more questions if I had them. She was truly amazing and I will never forget her. I just want to thank all of you for what you did and what you said to me today and for taking the time to answer my questions and letting me not feel rushed or embarrassed for my strong feelings I had for that lil guy. The time and care you took with me will never ever be forgotten. Thank you so much and I'm so glad to know that you are literally right around the corner....I will definitely see you again.
Been using Ireland Animal Clinic since moving to South Bend last year. They have been very easy to work with and reasonably priced for all services my animals have needed.

Vet care is thorough and staff are very patient in answering questions. They go above and beyond - the feeling of knowing my pets are in good hands is unbeatable! After reading recent reviews, I was surprised at the negative experiences some people had at this facility.
My experience was the total opposite.
My daughter and I had to make the very difficult decision to have our elderly dog put down, after he experienced several episodes of falling over on his side and could no longer walk. We called PPH and they got us in that day. We were taken to a room, where a vet tech and doctor examined Kobe. A mutual decision was made that Kobe's quality of life was over. We were allowed to hold our sweet dog as he received the meds. And when it was clear that he had gone to the Rainbow Bridge, we were allowed to stay with him and say goodbye. The staff was so compassionate. I can't think of anything they could have done better.
Allie‘s barking beauty is a great place to take your dog. It is affordable. She is amazing with your animals and she does a great job. I recommend this place 100%.
I drive a half hour (one way) every few weeks to get my dogs' nails trimmed by Jolene, and have been doing so for years. I literally pass other grooming salons to go to Sudzy Puppy, because they are that good.
Our dogs aren't great and can get a little anxious/aggressive getting their nails trimmed. Jolene handles them so well and makes it as good of an experience as it can be with them.
I can't recommend Sudzy Puppy enough!

She was the first therapist who truly got all my knots out—no searching around or guessing, she seemed to instantly find every problem area with precision. What really stood out was how she located knots I didn’t even realize I had. Her technique is incredibly effective, and you can tell she really understands the body and how to work through deep tension. After my session, my neck and shoulder pain were completely gone, which honestly felt amazing. I ended up having one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time because my body was finally relaxed and pain-free. If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage that actually delivers results, I highly recommend Heidi. She’s on a whole different level.

I suffer from sciatic nerve pain, bulging discs and chronic foot and ankle pain from an old injury and a lifetime of working in factories. I came to Council Oak Spa expecting the same kind of subpar massage I've had before. But this was completely different. Maya is some sort of pain magician because I genuinely feel 100 percent better. I can actually feel my legs fully again! Thank you Maya and Council Oak Spa staff for making this my first enjoyable massage experience ?
Just had a massage at AB Reflexology and Massage. It was great. I made an appointment for just a few hours after I called. My back has been hurting for over a week and she was able to work out the tight muscles. Clean no frills place with great prices and a talented massage therapist. I will be returning.
