“I wanted to convert my tub-only main-floor bathroom to a tub-shower configuration. It was a bigger job than you might think and the biggest obstacle was an old double-hung window in the wall right above the tub. I wanted to keep the light and the ventilation but wanted security and privacy. Casey Collier put in a nice window with a vent that did the job perfectly. As for customer service - the first window they built for the application didn't fit right, for whatever reason - but they took full responsibility and came back a couple of days later with one that was perfect. They honored their estimate without any quibbling. I don't see how it could have been any better.“
