“Excellent service and response. A neighbor's tree destroyed the electrical service mast (a combination of a conduit and a weatherhead on top of the roof) and powerline during a storm on a Tuesday night. The electricity could only be restored once the service mast was fixed and inspected by the city. Riverbend came out the morning after the storm and provided a repair estimate within a few hours. Riverbend completed the work the following day, and the electric company had the power back that evening.”
