Outstanding service. Get Byron’s business cards so you can share with neighbors! The company is in South Bend (I’m in Elkhart) and I know they travel as far as Rochester.
I purchased a new gas range and installed it at home, but the flame height was extremely high despite adjusting it as low as it would go, and there was a constant gas smell when the oven was on. I called Whirlpool customer service and they told me they would find a local repair service they partner with to come look at it. I received a phone call from Heather at Bob's Repair Service a week later and she had all the information from Whirlpool, all I had to do was verify my address. FIRST time needing them!! Got me in the same week AND a day early because they were ahead of schedule! The tech was in and out within 10 minutes with my oven fixed!!! SUPER AFFORDABLE!!
