Byron was great. He got right to work and found and fixed the problem with my washing machine. He even gave me information on my washer that I didn't know. Fast friendly and affordable. I will call again if I'm need something else fixed.

This was our first experience with Bob's Repair Service & they were fantastic! They helped problem solve the issues with our double ovens, through countless calls, research, & assistance (whereas other local repair companies told us they "had to be replaced & weren't worth fixing"). Heather in the front office was AMAZING - she provided a fantastic customer experience. Byron who fixed our ovens was informative & patient. Thank you all!Service: Oven repair

Byron was thorough in working on my new (under warranty) electrolux washer. He ended up coming back because the washer was a lemon. He explained everything to me, and gave me some good tips on using he washers. Great service. I will never call anyone else.Service: Washing machine repair
