“Quite difficult to do the new installation - directions aren’t clear and you need a certain kind of Google email account (not an institutional account, has to be your own individual Gmail) — this was all guesswork. The old version of best much easier. But now the new one is in it works like a charm. Again, more unnecessarily complex than my old one, but fine once you’re used to it!”
“I began visiting this office earlier this year, and my overall experience has been very positive. The staff is welcoming, and the environment is both professional and energetic. During a recent visit for lab work, Alejandra performed my blood draw with exceptional care and skill, leaving no marks or bruising.
I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. I would also like to recognize Jenny and the front desk staff for their efficiency and attentiveness in ensuring a smooth check-in process and helping patients stay on schedule for their appointments.
Thank you all for your excellent service and commitment to patient care.”
“Dr. Craig did an awesome job with my ear plugs. I had a custom set of specific ear plugs made. He did a first appointment for a custom fitment, then a second appointment where he made sure that they fit correctly. He included a warranty and was very helpful with all my questions. I'm sure I'll be back again. This is a great local hearing center and the price was extremely reasonable. I've told many friends about this place.”
